Actual project scope, timeline, deliverables, and pricing are agreed separately in a signed proposal, statement of work, or contract between OPP Code Vision and the client before any work begins.

Client deliverables

Ownership of custom software, code, and deliverables built for a client transfers to that client upon full payment, as specified in the applicable project contract, unless that contract states otherwise. OPP Code Vision retains the right to reuse general methodologies, frameworks, and non-client-specific code components across projects.

4. Payments

Payment terms, milestones, and schedules are defined per project in the signed agreement with each client. Late payments may result in pausing of active work until outstanding invoices are settled.

5. Confidentiality

We treat client business information, data, and materials shared during an engagement as confidential, and use it solely to deliver the contracted services, consistent with any Non-Disclosure Agreement signed with the client.

6. Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on a professional, best-effort basis following our Secure Software Development Lifecycle. To the extent permitted by law, OPP Code Vision is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or delivered software, beyond what is explicitly agreed in a signed project contract.

7. Third-Party Links & Services

This website may link to or use third-party services (including WhatsApp, EmailJS, Google Analytics, and hosting via Vercel). We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party services outside our control.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes arising from them are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
